Effectively, I used Hourglass and Frozen Mallet for defensive purpouses since Quinn is pretty much a Bruiser, Frozen Mallet's HP is proving to be wayyy better than building a Guardian Angel, and it gives additional AD and a slow that might help kiting.

So, the 5.22 patch notes are up, even though the patch itself is not. As I am reading this, I notice the following

Sivir - royally fucked eyet again. Legend says that RITO hates Sivir, and they keep proving it every single time they touch her.

Urgot - R now gives 30/40/50% damage reduction...

...what? Am I reading this right? is this real life? is this a fantasy!? sometimes, I felt like Urgot was "I wish i'd never been born" but now I feel like he can just walk towards the enemy team, grab their ADC or MID and go "Nothing really matters. Nothing really matters... to me!"

I mean, the way extra armor or magic resistance gives diminishing returns always made his extra +120 armor and MR seem... mediocre. All I want to know is, does the 50% damage reduction applies on the incoming damage, or the actual damage?

If a Veigar ults me for 2200 damage, it makes a huge ass difference if that gets cut to 1100 damage and then it is further reduced by my MR, or if it is first reduced by my MR and then whats left is cut by 1/2, you know?

Oh man I can't help but get pumped about the changes to Urgot's R.

And oh yeah, they made Tristana more OP and gave her easier resets, and got cold feet with Corki so his W now has waaaay shorter range and its upgrade can only be used for 40 seconds after he picks up the package, and from those 40 seconds you have to substracts whoever lomg it took him to go back to lane so it will be super predictable, and playing safe for about 20 seconds after he comes back to lane if enough to fuck him up, plus his W deals damage per second the enemy is on top of it, but that doesnt matters because it also pushes the enemy off its path so they only get hurt if like retards they get back on top of it...

But man, who cares if they keep fucking Sivir and Corki's rework is death on arrival, i'm just so excited about Urgot's new R!
