So, what's the best way to buy a console right now? I know BB has Uncharted/BO3+FO4 bundles that are pretty well-priced.

I also like how the Destiny and SW consoles look, but they're not as good in terms of value.

Just go look at the bug lists FO3 and NV had

So to anyone playing Fallout, I just figured something out thats kinda dumb, but will also save you some resources.

If an item gets used in crafting its other components don't get stored in the workbench, they get destroyed.
So for example a desk fan has 2 screws, 2 gears and 2 steel, if you craft something that needs hat 2 steel, then those 2 screws and 2 gears get destroyed.

What this means is instead of just dumping all your junk into workbench, you should drop it and use the workbench to scrap it instead.

Framerate is shitty during some combat moments but I haven't encountered any bugs yet and I've been playing for about 12 hours (unless of course you count framerate issues as a bugs)

People are saying that it's the worst bethesda game on launch but they have a very fucking short memory. Fallout 3/NV/Skyrim were all way worse.

I'm running the PC version on high at 1080p and it looks about the same as I recall FO3 looking on my ps3 when I rented it some 6-8 years ago. It's pretty awful looking.

Doesn't really matter if the PC version has some more detailing and processing here and there if its still in general shit.

Hopefully mods fix that up somewhat though it will likely kill PCs trying.

There's a little house near a lake that is comfy as fuck, I'm building that up at the moment. I can't remember it's name.

I don't like big places like Sanctuary, it's too overwhelming managing something that big so I've just gave them the basic shit like a couple of turrets, food and water before leaving them to do their own thing.

Red Rocket fuel station is another pretty good place because it's easy to build a big fence around it.

Apparently if you keep working with the minutemen you come across a big abandoned place called "the castle". It's not actually a castle but it's one of the best big settlements.

That drive-in that you're talking about is pretty good but remember to fence off the area where there's radiation otherwise your dumb settlers will just wander around it and get sick.

Digital preorders are the reverse. They inherently take at least some pre-release development time, so they feel like you're missing something if you don't get them. And you ARE missing something if it's gameplay content. If they're costumes or something purely cosmetic then that's not quite as bad but it still feels like non-early adopters are getting fucked over, rather than the intention of early adopters being rewarded.

I bought Disgaea 5 and Tales of Zestiria at the same time and that was a hilarious comparison. Zestiria had like three different preorder bonus DLCs that I had to put the codes in for, download, make sure they installed and then in the end I feel like I got shit that should just be in the damn game, whereas with Disgaea 5 I got an artbook, CD and sleeve for it all as a preorder bonus and it looks lovely alongside my other games but if I'd bought it late I wouldn't feel like I'm missing something important.

There's only been a handful of games I've been interested in so far on the ps4, most of the rpgs still being over the horizon. Right now there's a lot of generic samey looking shooters coming out that I don't have a lot of enthusiasm for, black ops 3, fallout 4, star wars battlefront etc. Even if the stale gameplay of all these shooters wasn't enough, they're also really short games and all have a 50-60$ season pass they want you to buy as well. The whole thing is disgusting to me and friends are getting them all anyways, but I know none of them are even going to be playing these games anymore in 2 or 3 weeks.
