I find the game is pretty good at easing you into your class. All classes are viable at max level.

For PvE both are good. For PvP Blade Master is one of those difficult to master type classes but once you do it's really good.

BM feels great! It's doesn't get fun until you reach level 30 at which you can start playing around with the classes potential, so you'll have to wait awhile for the "FUN" to appear. At 30 you pretty much have everything you need for stun locking, KD's and downed states. Everything else is really just utility skills since we don't have HM yet. and BM needs HM skills just like every other class.

Hello, /bnsg/, I managed to grab a key and it's the first in a long time that I'm back gathering info on B&S, last time was like, almost five years ago.

I have a question: On top of what's already in the pastebin, what are the diiferences, gameplay-wise, between Martial artist, Blade Master and Lyn Blade Master, both in PvE and PvP?

From what I've understood by swiftly looking at the skills, in PvP Martial Artist will be more passive than the other two against other melees because he's more about counters and shit but I can't really see a difference between LBM and BM only by looking at the skills.

It's not that they're sexy, it's that the new poses are almost literally the fucking same and all of them have the character making a fist which makes character creation worse.
If they changed one of them, like the hunched over kissy face, that would be one thing.

From my experience on the TW server, the undies in character selection work as "naked clothes" ( for most races ). However for Gon, after starting the game, my character was naked with no clothes and even after you wore the first white ones you get.

KFM is heavily counterplay based. Meaning its style is around reacting to your opponent rather than initiating. You can play pressuring or aggressive, but its the class shines through its counterplay. Your playstyle will constantly change until you hit 45 and even then it will change again once we're on skill patch 3.0.

Solo content? Well your leveling experince is 95% solo. and there's tons of dailies you can grind out. Depending on your class, you can even solo farm some dungeons.

But almost all group content is 6 or 4 man. And 4 man is actually the harder of the two.

In the NA versions, Clans don't do much yet. They become more important in later updates though, if foreign versions are anything to go by.

It's pretty balanced. FM and warlocks are high tier but they do patches regularly. Last few months LBM was the new hotness, before that they were bottom tier. FM have been have been s tier for a while but only a handful of people actually play them correctly.

In the Korean version every class appears in the 2000+ rating. Which is the best of the best sir. With honors sir.

In NA/EU destroyer and lbm will reign supreme until they bump the level cap up to 50 because the skills we have are balanced for level 50+12hongmoon(it's just bonus levels essentially). Right now the cap for na/eu is 45. The arena is normalized, so you won't need to grind the best gear to compete.

That personally has me excited about the class.
The simple fact that it's possibly one of the hardest classes to master and all the options it has appeals to me greatly.
