They just made the mudra inputs clientside, the result is then sent to the server. Previous method required getting confirmation from the server for each step.

Now that's it's clientside, it's only a matter of time before some 3rd party software exploits this to allow for one button mudras. Enjoy.

You just go into the zone, start beating on monsters, and if you find a really tough monster, it has a pretty good chance of dropping at least one i210 piece, which might be garbage and might be BiS.

Go to Ishgard, by the airship docks. You can buy tickets to queue into Normal Mode exploration for a tiny amount of gil.

You can also get into it through your FC workshop, but most FCs will be sending their ships out to unlock Hard Mode explorations (which are only available from FC ships) for the next couple days, so the public ones are your best bet.
