I can be perfectly still in my XM800T in a pack of bushes and get spotted by enemies I can't see, while enemy AFVs can sit out in the open firing shots and remain invisible.

On maps with AI everywhere it's usually safe to assume that a non-damaging hit was just the AI. Until the AI oneshots you without even turning their turret toward you, or it was a player all along.

What I did know was that I was facing a bong plane with hispanos and I figured a true head on attack would be really dicey. So when I saw him coming at me I hid in a river valley and anticipated his flight path. The result looked more like this.

I get the launcher and then when i press play nothing happens. I've googled it and all the possible solutions i found don't work. (i.e. start from aces.exe, start launcher directly from steam folder)

AW has entirely separate Russian servers with different patches, because the Russian servers are sponsored by Uralgonvazod, who actually construct most of the Russian tanks. Funnily enough they dont want their equipment to see weak, so on the Russian servers values are "tweaked" a bit. Yes, of course theres Russian developers in a game that has different patches for the Russian populace.

Also, in Russia the game is literally called "Armored Warfare: PROJECT ARMATA".

The devs on the EU and US side are alright, they actually seem to be listening to their playerbase, for the most part. I enjoyed the game, but the HP bar system just started to frustrate me more than anything, so I was forced to come back to this game.

The game is anything but Russian biased on the EU and US servers.

Its a decent enough game IF (and its a big if) you're looking for something that resembles the gameplay of WoT, just in a modern setting, because that's exactly who it caters to.

Not at 7gs, with mouse aim the game tends to be slow with g warnings and it's pretty easy to pull way more than 13Gs in a Spitfire.

Is anyone else making less RB? Before the patch I used to pull in 1500-2500rp per RB tank match, now it's only around 1000-1600 per match.
At first I thought I was just having bad matches, but comparing to old match results I'm doing the same or better than usual.

The vehicle can die simply if it is hit enough.

It isn't confirmed if there's HP for every singe armour piece, or if it counts for the tank as a whole.

It usually happens after a hit with a large calibre HE shell.

its not too unrealistic, a large caliber he shell hitting a tank, or numerous smaller ap shells peppering it, probably could mangle various components into combat ineffectiveness even without killing the crew or blowing the ammo/fuel, but it is frustrating nevertheless because how exactly it works is a mystery and it does not "follow the rules" of usual kills

Most planes 3.0-3.6 outclass it in one area or another, but most people around 3.3 are pretty stupid and turn with you.

The A7M and J2M2 totally shit on the A6M2.

The A6M2 is fine, even more seeing as it faces corsairs, yaks, and La5FNs. It's tards that try to turnfight it or dump all their energy that make it a HARD TO USE plane. Gets even more HARD TO USE when you actually know how to keep your energy, but that's more people thinking it's a slug than anything. The A6M3 is the bullshit one, but it's still a zero nonetheless, and they keep increasing in br the further you go.

Ki43III, J2M2, and A7M are the ones that are EXCEPTIONALLY HARD TO USE.

Looking at the stat card and BR for the A7M pisses me off. I think it's a cool plane. It's big, powered by a radial, and has a wide wing area. Good guns, too. And it's naval. Like an F6F.

Speaking of the F6F, how do the Hellcat and the Reppu compare? As far as I can tell it's the same speed with better climb and maneuverability at a lower BR. It's dumb. I'd buy the A7M if it wasn't orange and undertiered.
