The "game" is a modification of Brutal Doom. Like in BD, some enemies are weakened (horny) and our hero performs a combat fuck to finish them off. Mostly it is just exchanging normal enemies of Doom with monstergirls of varying levels of girth and sizes, with the Imp being the most average of them all and the Cyberdemoness the most buff.

So our guy is currently building his own levels to fit with his idea, rather than borrowing the ones from normal Doom. It is a daunting task to say the least.

Last time I tried going in nude or with just a leather-bondage, I actually managed to survive longer than usually. I noticed that agility does quite a lot for better attacks and more evasion.

That might be it. You only really need at most four slots worth of ammo (two of which are loaded into your guns of choice assuming akimbo). Usually it's better to favour melee variety since ammo eats up slots like a motherfucker. A rifle can be fine though. But gunwise you usually just carry at most whatever akimbo gun of choice, and one rifle of choice. The rest of your weps being melee.
