I thought it was interesting because the chinks (EL Gaming) brought out old tricks and BTFO Noble. The combination of hyper aggression and lightning quick improvisation was leagues above anything NA had to offer.

It really just showed NA isn't really up to par on the international scene. HWC got BTFO by Noble, and Noble got BTFO by chinks, and if NA can't even beat ASIA then NA doesn't stand a chance against EU/RU.

If you filter out players who just spam high tier medium tanks with 90%+ gold loadouts, you'd be left with 100 players with actual skill still active.

NA is done for, there's no way around it. WG is just trying to milk as much money from the server as they can in the 2 or 3 years of live the NA server has left.

Basically every game with a grinding/unlocking aspect has tons of people playing who like unlocking things more than actually using them. WoT is one of the worst offenders in this regard. I hate this modern attitude when it comes to games, there's a few of my friends I hardly play with anymore because 75% of their gaming time is fulfilling their daily grinding obligations before they can begin to ever have fun, and any time spent with them is spent grinding shit out and listening to their frustration whenever their grind is slowed down in any degree instead of enjoying games.

and even if I do manage to scout and live to tell the tale, my team takes absolutely no advantage of this

I ping and call out what I spot, ping them the better ways to flank whatever threat I found, I ask for arty fire when the enemy is clustered up but my arties are literally sucking each others cocks back at spawn

KV-1 is slightly slower and better armored, KV-1S has a derp howitzer that is an autowin for seal clubbers that are willing to fire nothing but gold ammo out of it. If you want to make money/do consistently well, get the KV-1. If you want to statpad and pay out your ass for it, get the KV-1S.

The reasoning to stay at tier V and lower is twofold. 1. The quality of players at that level is generally lower, meaning it's easier for you to compete. 2. The profit margins are at their best for the average player around tier V-VI. Once you go higher you need to be quite good to turn a profit.

Personally, I'd say buy the higher tier tanks when you have the credits for them, but don't sell the tanks you already have if you like them. Simple solution.

It's an IS that trades away alpha for a slightly smaller size and much better mobility. Armor layout and thickness are almost identical.

The problem with it is that it still has the IS's gun handling and that kills the low alpha + mediocre deeps tank. Everything else is pretty good though.

If you wanna stop (or make an extended vacation) at tier 8, camo is a good first choice. Otherwise consider repairs, because no one likes getting permatracked by something with a 10 second reload.

The front hull is okay, as long as it's properly angled (preferably around a corner with as little of the sides showing as possible). The gun mantlet can and will eat high-tier shells, but the minute someone starts aiming at your cheeks, it's game over.

It really depends on your play style. But for credits a Tier 8 (Super Pershing, IS-6, FCM 50t, [JagTiger 88 if you can find it]) is usually what you want. There are also some good Tier 6 and 7 choices like the Heavy No. VI (Japan Tiger). Or if you're decent with TDs and know how to use camo/bushes you could try a SU-100Y, Dicker Max, or SU-122-44.

Just don't go for a lowtier premium for credits. They're more suited for crew training, seal clubbing, and statpadding. XD

Usually. Recon and Situational Awareness can give a much needed viewrange boost, and is a must for lights/scouts, and some fast mediums like the Comet/Cromwell. Deadeye is good if your tank has a fast fire-rate, and increases chances of causing engine fires, crewkills, and ammoracks to enemies. Repairs is good for heavies, and Camo is good for TDs and Lights.
