There's always going to be Servants that are garbage for their rarity, that's just how this sort of game works.

That said, I don't think Jeanne's skills are particularly BAD, it's just that two are defensive and the third doesn't help her. Which is kind of the point of the character, she's a SAINT. She's SELFLESS. But Revelation (and, really, all of the stars-every-turn skills) could use a buff to make them worth using now that Quick cards got such a buff.

The way game calculates damage it's a straight up decrease of damage received, it's basically a def up with a different name.

It's supposed to be used to up the poor crit star gain of art cards, which have 3 hit attack animation, also works great with UBW that hits every enemy 10 times.

Helps with damage of art braves, nice as a follow up if you're going for a NP-art-art brave chain as it helps with damage and bringing back NP meter right after NP.
