I am having trouble doing a shinku hadoken. Not because I can't do the motion but because of how much effort Ryu goes through to perform the move. He's fighting for his life and then I force him to perform a technique that has taken him years of daily training to master while I'm sitting in my room wearing nothing but a grease stained shirt. It just doesn't seem fair.

If you lose to Dudley in neutral you deserve it desu. For 98% of his matchups you probably have an easier time knocking him down than he does knocking you down. Also not enough people rush Dudley down after a knockdown. Dudley is not gief and can't mash a 2 frame spd through your strings. Without meter he is free on knockdown and you should take advantage of that.

Is it normal to hate SF4 ranked because it has so many characters? I want to play a game that has 8-16. 44 just sucks away all motivation for me to play the game.

Whenever I decide to play, I play one game, get put against some obscure player like Guy, Hakan, Makoto, get bodied by their specials or weird combos, then I quit back to endless because i honestly couldnt give any less of a fuck about learning or fighting a matchup >1% of the community plays.

user/Local Settings/Application Data

I could never get the client working at all, maybe someone else will post better instructions a bit later on.
