Anyone feel like offering me some advice?

I'm level 83 and I don't really know where to go. I cleared the royal mausoleum but it seems to me that all questlines I had just sort of dried up. I went and found a few sidequests in the gytis settlement, myrkiti farm and baron allerno, but there were only a few of them there and almost no NPCs give me any quests when I talk to them. I found one mainline quest in the aqueduct bridge area, but it said I couldn't start it until I was level 120 or something like that. At the moment I'm just running through and exploring maps 20 or 30 levels above me. I'm guessing I missed some connecting quest at some point.
