His jump is amazing, his mark makes him best suited for fighting tanks and every team has two with warriors being solo dominant and building 7 tank items, his 1 stuns on a very short cooldown combined with his mark makes him impossible to box, his ult is really useful for objective control with HoG's departure.

It was reducing his 1's cooldown by 4 SECONDS is what put him over the top. It's uptime is super good, which makes him extremely dangerous to try and fight and gives him a lot of kill potential.
