Actually relevant (ie. WotLK) content isn't available so nobody fucking knows. As expected, same as every other WotLK server, vanilla questing is default Trinitycore pretty much (99%+ of quests "work"). Changelog suggests they've put a decent bit of work to TBC raids and as a number of TBC bosses are quite difficult to get right so that might offer some indication about how WotLK dungeons and raids might pan out. Right now, the only real answer is "We just don't know".
