Horde have more people queueing which=longer queues.
There are skilled people and premades on both factions.
As someone who only plays this game for PvP i would recomend alliance due to insta queues where as horde usually has 5-15min(not bad, but nothing beats insta queues)

If you really dislike combat, 30/16/5 backstab spec for massive combopoint gain is working too. You just shiz out backstab crits and if you get lucky you have 5 points after 2 backstabs. You could put less points in combat but then missing a lot of damage for just the ambush crit chance, that's not worth, but topping the meters with daggers is very possible if your gear is build around ap/hit since you have so much crit from talents
