Are there any new achievements related to beating everything with everyone on hard mode?

371 - I think it was giving me The Tower effect on getting hit?

385 - Bumbo, familiar, eats coins, gets bigger as it eats. Starts shoots once it makes it's first transform
390 - Seraphim, familiar, just fires tears I guess?
398 - Mushroom, shoots a blue tear (based on luck?) that shrinks an enemy if it hits
403 - Spidermod, familiar, crashes without a fix atm.
415 - Crown of something, lets you shoot diamond tears. Getting hit removes the effect and the crown goes grey
416 - Some kind of passive item, not really sure.
419 - Gold teleporter thing. Brought me to a room with enemies and upon using it over and over would keep bringing me to the same room until the enemies were killed? space bar item
420 - Salt dropper, you leave a trail of salt(i guess it's salt) and when you form a circle, it creates a pentagram and anything in it gets damaged. not sure about dmg level and it looks like the trail fades, so the faster you are the bigger the circle you can make?
426 - Obsessed Fan, familiar, on a 3 second delay, follows your movement, same way Multidimentional Baby does.
429 - GREED HEAD - you shoot fucking coins. tested giving myself 10, 50 and 99 coins, dmg did not appear to go up.
430 - Papafly, familiar Same as Obsessed Fan in movement (3 second delay, follows your movements) but when near an enemy fires tears
435 - Lil Loki!! Familiar with Loki's Horn tear effect (4 way cross shot)
436 - Milk familiar. When hit makes a milk puddle. No idea what the puddle does.
439 - Some box that drops a random trinket when you use it.
441 - Mega Satan Brim, active, shoots a giant mega Satan brim for what seems to be 15-20 seconds, and makes it very hard to move.

You can actually get decent levels of luck in Afterbirth if you get lucky pennies.

Before, you'd never have more than like 2 bars of luck. You can easily get to 4 or 5 if you're playing blood banks and stuff.

Speed isn't impossible, it is just a bitch. I managed to get it done purely by luck on my second try.

Got:
Dr Fetus on the first floor
Ipacac on the second floor (caused bombs to explode on contact, which is new, but still behave like bombs, it also made me immune to my own blast damage for some reason, but not normal bombs nor other sources of explosions)
And dunce cap, completely by accident on the next floor, amusingly, this was very beneficial, as it caused the bombs to hit each other immediately, causing both bombs to explode as soon as I hit fire. One shot pretty much everything.

Which is fine when you're starting out, but everyone with more than 20 hours in rebirth actively avoided playing him.
Hell, as soon as I got back into Rebirth, the first thing I did was knock out everything on Azazel so I wouldn't have to play such an unfun character again.
Now I might be somewhat tempted.

As for Lilith, it's also somewhat deserved. The box will now essentially be like Judas with Book of Belial instead of a crutch for your entire run

Still perfectly viable and balanced, honestly. I've had plenty of dead in the water runs where I would have totally taken the glass cannon for a better chance at completing the run.

Plus, consider that it's in the Item Room Pool, and thus available for most challenges.

999 cents in greed machine only gave me a message saying "if only anyone was as generous as you are." Fucked up the screenshot but there was firework coming out of the greed machine.

Rebirth was quite possibly my favourite game, I would play it when I was bummed to feel better about shit and hell half the time it would work really well.

When I saw that the game was getting an expansion I was hype as fuck and preordered that shit within an hour of it being announced. Playing what I was given feels like an insult, this isn't a game made by somebody wanting to continue a game or to please their fans. This is an expansion by a dev with a chip on his shoulder, he's punishing all of his fans because he was mad about the fact people datamined how to unlock his retarded unlockable lost shit. The blue womb which is pretty much the only new shit in the normal game would cause the game crash for people for the first 3 days. He made it so that the only character that is worth playing is isaac for god knows why and for some reason he buffed krampus but didn't give him an item pool to make it worth it. You lost a life long fan mcmillen, I hope your petty bullshit was worth it.

I don't even wanna play. Who knows what else is still locked, my imported save's progression still seems janked, the goofy announcer that I liked is either broken or removed intentionally, and from a glance at reddit, there's some new bugs maybe.
