I really think he's the weakest at the moment just because his turret doesnt have a good a pay off for what you put into it.

A common problem is people try playing him like the Engineer in TF2 and turttling when what you should be doing is set up the turret and give it cross fire support. That gives two places for the enemy to concentrate on, rather then just one.

Still, his turret and him just arent up to snuff and their needs to be changes, either to buff him or maybe a few map tweeks, but I would really not ever choose him over Bastion

contrary to popular belief when Blizzard games turn to shit (if they weren't at the start), people stop playing them. Valvedrones are the one that defend shit like paid mods and still play with their pony mods on TF2 to this day buying contracts that will drop crates for them that they need to buy keys for to gamble at getting something special

basically the new Hearthstone expansion introduced 90% completely shit cards, 5% good and one card that's completely broken the game. all decks are linear and boring. it's been over 2 years since the beta was released and the only new features added have been spectating (but only one person), tavern brawl, adventures (barely counts), and arena rewards. several top players have spoken up on how boring and stagnant the game is feeling. hearthstone sites are basically losing their shit and if blizzard doesn't go all-out at blizzcon the game will be dead by the end of next year.

I agree with all of those except Arty and maaaaybe Phonix. Arty can do some seriously stupid shit but Skyhammer can just do the same thing, but more safely. I'd argue that Stoker is coming dangerously close to outclassing them though.
The self revive when it does come into play for Phoenix is pretty good, but when you design a medic and they have to be better than Sawbones to see any play it's just a losing battle.

Honestly I'm pretty salty that OW is so much slower in comparison,but time to kill is pretty quick. It has a lot of flashy "press button to win"abilities, and only a single character has the option to sprint, and I have a hard time seeing any kind of customization beyond skins being implemented and I worry the skill ceiling will be tiny.

My thoughts on a current tier list.

S tier: Reaper, soldier 76, roadhog, bastion (if on defense), torbjorn (if on defense)

A tier: Pharah, Mercy, zenyatta, tracer, winston, junkrat, zarya, lucio, reinhardt

B tier: Widowmaker, hanzo, mccree, symmetra

C tier: Torbjorn (if on offense)

Some caveats.. mercy can easily be s tier assuming she has good teammates. She becomes dead weight almost when her teammates are shit and cant keep players off her. Bastion on offense is more of A tier when on offense assuming he has reinhardt to allow him to setup turret mode. He can easily put heavy cover fire down on most maps to allow pushes and is pure ridiculous sitting on a payload. Widowmaker will ascend to S tier in the hands of a player who is a good snipe. She is hard to use so most people playing her make her more of a nuisance than a real threat. Lucio is near s tier. His aoe heal aura is amazing and hes fast as shit making him a hard target to hit. Hanzo does crazy damage but hard to play so i put him lower tier. Most people cant play him well. He does have a niche for eliminating bastion and torbjorn defensive turret setups with ultimate though. Symmetras only worthwhile ability is the teleporter. Her sentries do good damage but die from one shot of anything and have very short range. Lucio is nearly better in all respects. Torbjorn on offense is pure garbage. His turret setup makes him a god for defensive since at level 3 it is broken good. But it takes 200 scrap to build to level 3 and a long time to build.. like 30-40 seconds provided u already had scraps lying around u. And u have to keep setting up a brand new one in a push. It can be good on a payload but hard to set up on one.
