>Can I make enough ISK to PLEX during the trial?
If you have to ask, you can't do it.
>I just started, what should I do?
Do the Opportunities then find the Career Agents & run all of their missions; they give you ISK, ships, skillbooks and teach you basics. Talk to players and try to find a corp. The game is only as boring as you are.

if i had to guess, i'd say he got swamped with requests and gave up. see filename for contact info. he might be open for new stuff now, this one is from 8 months ago. it was 500m iirc.
drawfags wanted shard pls draw me like one of your french girls, i have the jungle fever
Please help me, please.
I'm getting a massive headache just to figure out this shit.
I simply want to make my Logitech extreme 3D pro control my ship and camera.
I want the joystick to control the ship direction and I want the HAT to control the camera. Please help me I'm going to kill someone if I can't get this to work.
I'll pay ISK to anyone who can help me solve this.
>this game is so boring, there's nothing to shoot!
i am going to do the guristas epic arc, for the dank gila bpc isk
I can fly caldari and minmatar ass frigs, and I can use t2 hybrids and projectiles
does anybody have a good fit for a Harpy or something that can destroy the missions with ease, or at least recommendation for tank and dps requirements?
Thats not it, its not an alliance wide thing its a personal thing that now instead of doing what ever I wanted before, now I'm obligated to stand guard and shit its annoying as piss because I don't wanna play EVE as a job I want to play eve as a game.
all of their t1 cruisers are top tier
both their hacs are top tier, if you include solo as a thing to use a hac for
both their recons are usable/pretty good for whatever, just like the minmatar recons
the oneiros is kinda trash, but a load of idiots use it for some reason
vexor navy issue is top tier
not if you're good, I've used it a bunch of times. it's very fast if you active tank it rather than shitting it up with plates.
the only concern is fighting afterburner frigates in lowsec and getting kited by frigates in lowsec plexes.
I get around these problems by carrying a mobile depot, warp stabs and and spare stasis web in my cargo. that way if I fuck up and get permatackled I can stab out, or if some obnoxious armor tracking disruptor hookbill gets under my guns I can stab out or get the second web on and shit on him.
you might get kited to death which is why I suggest going kitey yourself
200mm rails in the highs
cap booster, scram, web, 50mn microwarp drive
DCU, EANM, Nanofiber, AAR, magnetic field stab
for rigs, either a damage rig like the collision accelerator or a polycarbon engine housing to go faster, then the third should be a nano pump to make the armor repairer work better
Does CCP still ban if you reactivate an account to use a PLEX but it's bought off the market instead of spending actual money?
Also, not sure if I do come back whether I should run incursions or something more lucrative, and/or start fresh and join some low/nullsec faggots
theyve never banned to my knowledge
they might disable hours 4 plex on that account though, if theyre feeling like assholes
considering the player count though, you should be safe
I've still got them.
Expired Blood Raider Advanced Cerebral Accelerator
Earned from a Blood Raider Gauntlet site, this accelerator was once used to boost a pilots attributes across the board.
Now however, its genetic make up has collapsed and dissolved, rendering its effects completely useless.
>Cartesian space coordinates of the victim's vessel in killmails are now recorded and exposed via the XML API and CREST
what kind of ironic omen setup should I fly for solo nullsec?
CCP's API system is just the most fucked up thing.
There's so many exploits, like feeding locator agent data through the API to expose the ship, fitting, and exact position in space of a target. Then there's the moon goo one which can tell what a moon produces if someone got killed on its grid.
Is it just me or does the movement on this map feels sluggish as fuck. I think I'll stick to the old probing.
Use the old map.
>tfw 80mil SP but I never did Heavy drones
I was once raped for about 1.4 plexes worth of some heavy thing in an indy transporting LP stuff. I was stupid. Don't be like me, anon.
Fly safe. Pay someone to take the transport risk, just sell it near the LP hub, or just don't be stupid.
Yeah, there's a patch coming out tomorrow. Apparently Parallax broke a lot of shit.
>Pledge $500 or more
>Two hour strategy consultation with The Mittani
why would you fly a slow not tanky ship to transport something that could fit in a frigate
why would you ever fly a t1 indy for any reason whatsoever
literally the only purpose of t1 indies is to broadcast 'I am a retard plz kill me' to everyone who sees you
I never liked the coercer, other destroyers just out performed it on large
hell the cormorant gets a double optimal range bonus AND a tracking bonus, meanwhile the coercer just gets a regular optimal bonus and a tracking bonus
also the guns cap it out regardless of your set up
It was a long time ago, so my recollection is messy, but:
It couldn't fit in a frigate. It was one of the armor plates which was the best LP:ISK I could get for that LP brand, which could actually sell instantly in Jita.
The rest of what you say is correct.
except t1 indies get ganked by solo vexors
almost anything is enough to warrant a gank, unless you're moving unrefined ore or something
sorry if I was a bit harsh
Do you have a pretty planet?
so? catalyst has 2 mids. cormorant has 2 mids if you tank it
what's the problem here exactly
>less range than a rail corm
no shit. do you go around saying all the destroyers are terrible because the cormorant has more range?
>>so? catalyst has 2 mids. cormorant has 2 mids if you tank it
the catalyst is just better purely because it puts out more DPS at better ranges and even up close
oh yea and it doesn't cap itself out
it's -50% not -100%. get good, nobody else manages to cap out in a coercer. if you manage to live long enough to cap out, consider yourself lucky and look at the big stack of frigates you killed.
nice comback for a shit destroyer that has the same cap regen of other destroyers and whose weapons use 50% more cap than hybrids even with the extra 50% to cap usage.
>if you manage to live on enough
>capacitor depletes in 0:00:15
>fit just guns that'll show how bad the cap is
for you, threw it together in like 5 minutes
heres a better one that gets more tank
oh hey look at that, cap stable at 55% with guns AND an AB
Math time /eog/!
I have two ventures mining gas.
Venture A is flown by a skilled pilot with t2 gas harvesters and a max skill venture. A gets 2.67 m3s.
Venture B is flown by a scrub with t1 gas miners. B gets 1.59 m3s.
To maximize efficiency they decide that venture A should drop a certain amount of gas over to B's ore hold to prevent unnecessary trips.
The question is how many m3 of gas must A give to B for them to fill their holds at the same time?
>rails on catalyst
now I've seen it all /eog/
If you want good medium range just get a trasher, you also get svipul tier alpha with it.
You want insane range? Rails cormorant.
You want Battleship dps in your face? Catalyst
Coercer sadly doesn't cut it and does nothing spectacular or unique.
The corm fit I have volleys for 354 and does 129 dps at 84k.
A coercer with dual light beams volleys for 460 and does 197 dps at 54k.
a really retarded coercer fit with focused beams and a pg implant can volley for 650 at 50k
harvester 2's cycle at double the amount that harvest 1's do
average that out for ever 2500m3 that Venture B harvests, Venture A harvests 5000m/3
thats your big hint and you should be able to get the rest of it
>54k is not sniping range tho, any frigate can close the distance before it dies.
it kinda as, any frigate that wants to close on that even going 3000m/s is going to take like 150-200 DPS for that entire time assuming the shooter doesn't move at all
Its always 5k
Still depends on mining frigate skill.
I got how much they each get per second.
I just solved it graphically:
I don't think it's a viable solo fit at all if that's what you mean. I'm not really sure how to use pyfa to check damage against something like a frigate orbiting at close range. Is there a good estimate for angle and velocity I can use?
>frigate orbiting at close range.
If a frigate is orbiting your sniping ship you're already dead.
At anything past 20kms you're gonna hit any T1 frigate in the game with small rails, and if its just burning sideways for maximum transversal then its not making any range on you and you can always just leave.
And sniping fits are viable for solo, as long as your targets are dumb, which is a lot of people.
That's what I assumed, but it's good to check and put numbers on things.
Regardless, there's not really a point in flying a beam coercer or a sniper corm solo. If you're flying with other people I think the coercer is definitely viable.
Tech2 huffers are twice the per-cycle yield, but also have a 33% longer cycle time.
In the original question, Pilot A has Mining Frig V, and Pilot B has Mining Frig III (based what he said the m3/s yields were for each).
>Wait patiently to kill POCOs
>Shit comes out of reinforced mode at 90% shields
>Shit reinforces again
>New timers are literally impossible, being less than 24 hours or more than 48 hours from when they were reinforced
Drifter Incursions are back next week.
That's cool, I guess.
>tfw no drifters interdicting systems and randomly blasting haulers
>yfw drifters prefer targeting sleeper based t3 ships
>desperately trying to leave my shitty dead WH corp
>can't find any not shit kspace exits
>ccp changes scanning
>can barely scan
pic related, worst turret in game
Would you pay 10 million ISK for a service where you warp to a bookmark I give you, I jettison some shuttles and let you kill me in the shuttles and I kill you in the shuttles until your kill and loss pages on zkill are full of shuttle kills and thus essentially cleared from anyone trying to scope out your usual fits/hunting grounds?
Where would you want this service? Jita?
>this isn't meant to happen, the shields are supposed to come out at sub 50%
It happened anyway, and like I said the new timers are screwed up too, they not within the normal durations that POCO timers can come out in, they're either impossibly short or impossibly long.
It remains to be seen if it's just the POCOs that were reinforced before todays patch deployment or if it's bugged across the board.
It seems like it's related to patch deployment today because the amount they recharged was basically as if they'd been recharging normally since downtime. There were multiple POCOs coming out so we FRAPSed one coming out and instantly being at 90% and took screenshots of the screwed up timers and submitted a support ticket about it.
But shit, it's still super annoying and we'll see tomorrow if POCOs turn out to be magically invulnerable again tomorrow or if they'll actually be destructible.
>people ACTUALLY think 10% to cap usage per level is a real bonus
>they actually think its "just as valid" bonus as any other ship's bonuses
>they think that its ok that amarr laser ships have only 1 combat bonus and every other ship in the game as 2 combat bonuses
>the sacrilege (a ship with capless guns) has better cap regen than the zealot
>even with a 50% cap usage bonus at max level, lasers use 2 times the amount of capacitor that hybrids do
Noob question - How time consuming is even (i know about the no casuals allowed meme but can i still "have fun" with a couple of hours a week without spending too much money?
Im not trying to make it into massive scale battles but maybe some solo pvp shenanigans. Also how grindy is it compared to runescape?
starting to realize that, i just dont have the time for mmorpgs anymore. i wish i never overlooked this game all these years
WHY ARENT YOU TRAINING ANY SKILLS
and yes eve can be played casually, because you learn skills while offline, so you can come back in a few days and have a dozen new things learned
keep your guy subbed and skilling up tho.
You never know when you get into a car accident, become paralyzed from the waist down and become a NEET with all the time in the world .
TRAIN A SKILL
NAVIGATION OR SOMETHING
YOU'RE WASTING TIME
Anyway, take it slow and explore the game. I think you can play it casually as long as you don't have any illusions about becoming the king of nullsec or something. It's an RPG, so advance your character and enjoy it.
do these skills affect my current ship only or my character in general and how do i gain more skill point if i run out?
shit... fuck, i was looking for relics
still alive though
>Patch with least content since oceanus
>Has every possible bug
Is scanning completely fucking broken?
I've already tried old and experimental and I can't get anything past 0%, earlier when I scanned a WH it wasn't actually there.
I deleted my post because I missed that he was doing career agent: exploration and didn't have access to a Heron yet, and his modules are probably civilian modules. The only bizarre thing is that I think he warped to an anomaly rather than a signature.
Would've been cute if he was genuinely trying to explore with a rookie ship.
Holy fuck, this patch sucks...
I just saw time dilation factor spike to 90% in an empty system.
>all out successfully runs a WH op without losing a ship AND makes money out of it
what on earth is happening
Just want to go balls deep into Sister Alitura's cunt.

So leaving my current small sov null alliance because leadership is either literally autistic or non-existent.
What small (<100 man fleets) sov null alliances exist that aren't bad? NC.? Tri.?
>tfw had a nightmare where I forgot to type zeros on my sell orders and sold it for 200 isk and not 200M isk.
>yfw dror's autism was the only thing keeping the threads alive
>Thread locked due to sale being under investigation.
Confirming that reinforced customs offices begin recharging shields after downtime regardless of whether or not they are still in reinforced when downtime hits. This renders any customs office that recharges back above 25% before it exits reinforced mode totally invulnerable.
Words can't describe how upsetting this is.
I already reported it yesterday and included a video of it. Other people have apparently also experienced the same bug with both customs offices and POS towers. I haven't received a response yet.
It is upsetting because every day those POCOs aren't blown up Brave are getting money.
you won't receive a direct response with a bug report like you would a support ticket.
If the bug report clears and you no longer see it and its "closed" then the bug report was acknowledge, accepted and they're actively working on it
I submitted a bug report over the summer where I had an issue involving my tab system and my brackets seen in space and it seems to have been fixed in the september patch
>show up in a nullsec pocket in my piece of shit cruiser
>fail to catch anything, they all got to a pos/station
>mfw I'm just going to sit here reading the internet making 15 guys hide in station from a T1 cruiser
>It is upsetting because every day those POCOs aren't blown up Brave are getting money.
hold down alt or shift or something and you can move individual probes
there is no need to though, pinpoint is best formation and you can move all probes inwards/outwards relative to each other with alt
>Thread locked due to sale being cancelled.
>why did everything change in the last five years
>i think a guy in my corp just cut his rists
W-why is Gundam fanfic considered b-bad /eog/?
I-i mean it's a cool deep story, w-why people would l-laugh ...
>drone escalations in lowsec
>two chances to drop astero in highsec
>final lowsec site gives out T2 rigs material
>What's the best ship for using beam lasers?
navy omen, slicer, anything with a good optimal range bonus.
>they sound cool
but they eat a LOT of capacitor
>built for warping in at long distance
except railguns will do it better
you'll have to double click and space, know your surroundings and try not to get tackled, its an extremely rigorous and attention demanding series of techniques that really takes a lot to master
you need a really fast ship, you also need one that can shed light tackle easily, usually the "kite" ships like Slicers, comets, fast cruisers can do this
My Amarr standing is really low.
I need to get it fixed ASAP.
Please recommend me a ship to run through A LOT of lvl1s really fucking fast.
Is Dramiel good for this kind of thing?
Is the Hurricane able to clear W-Space sites?
If so, what should I put on it?
What are some good medium sized Low-Sec alliances? Not interested in Snuff/Shadow but wouldn't mind smaller alliances that are allied with them.
Someone the size of what Cruisers Crew was, no idea what even happened to them. I know of Dead Terrorist.. but based of the interactions I've had with them they've been a bunch of dicks, so not interested in them.
While I know killboards aren't everything, looks like they've welped a couple of Mach fleets the past week or two. And while I'm looking for a group that does run something like that.. Seeing that without seeing any fleet "victories" is discouraging.
But definitely gave me an option. Thanks.
>tfw reporting exploits instead of abusing them silently
shadow cartel here. shadow cartel is the best lowsec blob alliance, the others are gay
snuff box is currently ruining itself with mass recruitment because they're butthurt about machariels because their cap blobbing isn't working
dead terrorists are pretty gay, don't bother
cruisers crew are/were a bunch of shitty memefaggots, so are tishu, avoid
other groups with some presence are project mayhem))), galmil, decayed orbit and death by design.
The one tat increases both Attack and Def, don' remember if it's star or POW.
Basically, every level there is one stat that is boosted more than the other, and it cycles. If you wanna have the highest rounded stats then you follow the pattern. But, character like bowser can't really utilise Special Attack Well, while Mallow and toadstool are not that good at physical attacks. So for bowser you can raise Attack/Def on Special boosted level without losing much effectiveness. Geno and Mario are mixed bags. Depends mostly on what you prefer.
>They sound cool.
>this poor little anon never got to hear beam lasers from 4 years ago
you poor new creature
Can I mine any ore in any site with just the default skills I got at the start? I want to do some ninja mining in WH because I'm short on the highend mats. How do the sleeper spawns work there?
>Scripted Warp Disruption Field Generators now Scramble, disabling MJDs and MWDs
>Scripted Warp Disruption Field Generators now Scramble, disabling MJDs and MWDs
oh eat shit, way to kill of battleship pvp even more, oh let me guess you're going to buff jams as well, yeah why not continue on doing so
are you kidding me
Alright you coy cunt
It IS technically pvp, but would you really call getting your blops bridged to kill some poor fucker in Aridia by having someone scramble him already and all you would need to do is press F1 and say gf in local? Knowing all of that, would you truly declare that 'pvp'?
I feel the void calling me back, reawakening the space jew inside me, kinda burned myself out a bit on incursions ages ago but wouldn't mind going back before going into something more interesting, and I have no idea what. PI? Missions? Nullsec? Lowsec?
My crippled claw trembles in fear of getting back into it all.
I gots no m8s willing to learn EVE Online, otherwise I'd be balls deep in Low/Nullsec. Also being a bit of a faggot didn't hurt when it came do doing the other things.
Yes, but it's all varying degrees of such.
