Counter Guardians are things that can't be summoned as Heroic spirits normally, and they do not have any of the same qualifications for their job as a heroic spirit

CG doesn't need to be legendary, they don't need to be born before a certain point, they don't need to have some famous deed or worship.

All they need is to know how to ask the world to create the pact, and sell their soul.

I don't know why people don't try to realize any of this when they're being smarmy "Well what about EMIYA, he's a heroic spirit". He really isn't, he's not even something that should be summoned if it wasn't for the grail being fucked up, like certain other heroes as well.

To be a heroic spirit, there are many stipulations and things you need to fulfill, but to be a CG there's basically nothing. Its an entirely different system and classifications. Since HS are meant to be traditions to the people, and CG are meant to be janitors.

I made an Agatha servant for a HGW rpg I ran for a friend of mine.
Her NP was a barrier to trap foes and play scenarios in there to play with them, and if you solve the mystery you leave or else you could end up killed by one of the "NPCs".
She pretty much gained the Red Truth from Umineko while in there to make sure people stayed trapped, but you could escape by blasting it all apart with a strong enough NPblast.

She was pretty fun to rp when they met her.

I really, really wanted to like it. It has amazing production values. Good art, great character design, fantastic music, lots of appeal in every visual factor.
But no. It's not good. The writing is so dry and repetitious I wanted to tear my eyes out. The "gameplay" is abysmally luck-based and bullshit in the later stages. It is unbelievably stale and you read the same 4 scenes at the start every chapter with only the tiniest of variance.

He's okay. His skillset isn't as wide or diverse as Chiron's, and his NP isn't as versatile as UBW or GoB. In raw damage output however, he seems to have the competition beat. Stella has the range of an anti-country NP and the power of an anti-fortress NP, plus he can spam arrows like they were raindrops. The blowback effect is obviously quite a major downside, though.

I'm not sure how useful his clairvoyance is. It's A-rank, but I've no idea what good it does him.

Shirou being a sword is a fundamental part of his body, not UBW. UBW is a skill he gets by being a sword, but he doesn't need it and and not all of the Shirous have it. HF Shirou could get it but he never has any reason to since he quits after the HGW, but even in the final moments of it he still was going full sword with them poking out of his body.
UBW is just a technique that he can do because of that, it's not a fundamental part of any of them.
HF Shirou becomes a different person for entirely different reasons then not learning UBW, I have no idea how you came to that conclusion.

Its just that Archer's ideals and his ideals are incompatible, just like how Archer's ideals and UBW Shirou's ideals are incompatible.

No matter how similar a person is, if he's diverged at all in life or has a different mind, then their internal world is different. All versions of Shirou have different world mind's.

Maybe its your fanon that you want to go with that he's lost it and its gone, but that really isn't the case officially. It is always going to be a part of him, its just this Shirou's mind is different from Archer, and thus his RM would also be different.
