This is probably a weird as fuck question no one cares about, but was the 55A-ALLFATE an amazing Year 1 weapon?

I was one of the many that dropped Y1 but put in a decent amount of time, and when I started working on leveling my alts in TTK I found this in my vault.
It out damages like anything I find until level 30~ or so and it handles like a dream. Also has Feeding Frenzy and Headseeker. I adore this thing, just wondering if it had any play in Y1?

Make sure to get your tests every week of course, but also doing strikes has a chance to drop purple relics that you turn into Banshee for more rep. There's 4 and they lead to a new exotic. And doing your class gun quests gets you more rep. All that included, it'll take at least two weeks to get to 3 if you're lucky. Worth it though, unless you're a titan.

Play mayhem and rumble or clash. You kill things with the sword even without ammo but it takes a couple of hitsa, so try to take their health down with grenades to soften them up. IB will probably be 280 at purchase, might drop up to 300 but I sincerely doubt it. Best guess is it's just a straight 280, with no deviance.

The armory pulls stats from the game, dorkass. Exotics are listed at 280 because that's their vendor value. IB vendor gear will also be 280.

also you should have done the trick to skip that step, you finish one sword on one character, then start the other two swords on your alts. transfer the 220 swords to your character that completed the sword quest already, and ON THAT CHARACTER, infuse the swords to 280.

this triggers the quest on your main character but it skips some of the quest steps, you go right to the collect materials/ability kills step, which is fucking easy on warlocks for arc and solar AND void

Vendor sells both armor/weapons, but weapons/armor also drop after each IB game, and they've upped the drop rate for legendaries. Bungie wants drops to be your main means of acquiring IB gear this time around, not grinding rank and then buying it.

With super up your melee turns into a one hit kill on players meaning you get an instakill that gives overshield on top of radiant skins damage resistance. Claws are a very fun pvp exotic for sunsinger since you can just chase niggas down for two instakills and then by the time you killed them you should have a third instakill charged and ready before super runs out.
