Basically the way bungo deals with patches is it consolidates them all into one big file, so every time there's a major update (Not a hotfix) the console has to virtually 'donwload' all the shit you already have (Basically check your existing file for consistency) considering the file now averages about 19 gigs, it'll take some 15 minutes for the console to "prepare" the download. once that's done it'll go to downloading and show something like 17.5GB/18GB.
