Fucking how? Toriel literally teaches you how to talk to the dummy to solve your problems without fighting, and the first NPC you see other than Flowey and Toriel tells you how to spare things and asks you to please exhibit Mercy for the monsters.

If you choose to fight in order to try and make the game easier for yourself later I understand, but being completely ignorant of pacifist play when the game has done everything it can through promo material and outright stating things in game to tell you you don't need to kill a single monster
