At different points, I owned 2-7. Rented 8 but stopped there because I just didn't care for motion controls.

3 is my favorite of the N64 ones while 5 is my favorite GCN one (though I feel it's a little too reliant on mash-A-mini-games). 7 is ugly as shit.
