Keyboard Drumset Fucking Werewolf

Skyrim's werewolf gameplay is kinda fun at first but gets old quick and isn't a big part of the game. Werewolves are severely underappreciated in vidya aside from being enemies and NPCs.

Despite the other guy being a faggot, Skyrim had some fun werewolfing if you did it right being a hit-and-run terror. Sprinting at people, tearing their throats out and roaring to scatter people if they start to overwhelm you was pretty damn satisfying. I have a feeling most people that gave werewolves in Skyrim shit would just walk up to a group of enemies and slap at them and get killed. If you GOTTA GO FAST you're basically a lightening bolt with teeth and it's pretty fun. Not being able to pick up shit as a werewolf kind of sucks but I don't know. I'd clear out a fort as a werewolf and just pick through everything at my leisure afterwards.

There are entire RPG's dedicated to the concept of being a vampire and ones that also have vampires (but don't center around it) like the Elder Scrolls and there are things like vampire clans, factions, and quest that add to the depth of the experience of being a vampire. In Elder Scrolls, there aren't any werewolf packs or factions or anything like that, it's mostly just a stat boost.

To be honest, I don't really know a whole lot of World of Darkness. My googling keeps pulling up Werewolf: Apocalypse rather than Blood Earth. Is that just the WoD thing it's based on or is there so kind of weird name-work-in-progress thing?

No one wants to do any work concerning fleshing out a werewolf game/story because they are very very simple and straight forward.

You'd have to fuck it up somehow to make a story and characters out of it.

Your mileage may vary depending on how patient you are with your modding but if you stick with it you can lose more semen to skyrim than you have your favorite doujin artist. A lot of the sex mods have a metric fuckton of optional ad-ons so you can avoid things you don't like but can still involve your less than savory kinks. Can even change when sex happens. You can turn it off completely, or have it that some random asshole runs up and rapes you every two seconds, have it only happen when you defeat an opponent, or just point at a character press a button now sex.

It just all boils down to how long you want to spend searching for mods, installing them, and configuring them.

To be fair the hunters rulebook i'm pretty sure was an afterthought.

The whole point of world of darkness was to eventually have to deal with losing your humanity by becoming something horrible (supernatural or otherwise) and learning to cope with your curse.

Hunters always existed in the setting and I don't really think anyone considered them to eventually be playable, they're more like to be a thorn in your side while using other supplements like Vampire or Werewolf.

Mages get put so high up on the scale because they can 'technically' do anything.
