I remember being into Polybius over a decade ago. I actually drove around my city and called up arcades and game places to ask if they'd heard of it. Thought it was the biggest conspiracy of the century.

I also thought it was really interesting to see that it originated in 2000; I thought it had been a rumor since the 80's.
