Glad I could find a thread before making one. What bonecharms are best suited for use in crafting? I found out a level 4 whirlwind completely cancels out the corruption penatly from the power slash charm so with 2 bonecharm slots you get a considerable sword attack bonus with no downsides. Anything else I should know? I don't know if stuff like level 4 Exacting Aim or Combustion are worth it.

If you like stealthing around then max Swift Shadow is basically a must. Combined with the Black bonecharm that doesn't hinder speed with weapons out you're basically a knife on wheels. My pacifist run combined this with Undertaker (carry bodies faster) which was pure sex.

My pacifist run also had Lucky Needle (recover sleep darts - VERY useful), Strong Arms (choke out quicker - probably my favourite) and Electrical Burst (larger stun mine range - not as useful, but neat). As for high chaos, I mainly stuck to Black bonecharms. I did go max crossbow damage between 4x Exacting Aim and Splintering Bolts.

i just crafted either stealth ones or combat ones for low and high chaos. beware the 4 trait charms with minimal chance of corruption and being able to stack the benefits makes the game REALLY easy. it got to the point where i could essentially crouch walk as fast as run speed _while carrying a body_ and with void favor you can use powers for free alot of times.

All the speed Bone Charms combined together with all of them buffed to x4 made it really entertaining. There was a point where it was faster to crouch-walk while holding a body than it was to sprint. I also lucked out and unlocked a Black Bone Charm that rendered possessed people unconscious upon a body switch/leave, so I combined that with the Increased Possession Time to just go around entire levels knocking people out one-after-another.

Why did they make Mesmerize so expensive? It's a boring power and not that useful. The cost should've been swapped with Domino.

Yeah, it's basically a shittier Time Bend that's localised in one small area and might not even captivate everyone there. It's only really useful over Bend when you have the maxed bone charms that make captivated guys go unconscious. If you're lucky, a mesmerise will knock the room out instantly. If you don't have the bone charms then the only use for it over Bend is that it doesn't freeze certain mechanisms.
