His flaw is saying "without... neither..." which while being 100% understandable, sounds off. It's easier just to list the restrictions: "No A, E or Os". You COULD write "You can't include A, but also no E or Is", but I wouldn't recommend it. There's undoubtably better ways of saying it. But I wouldn't phrase it like he did ever. I'm not insulting, just correcting awkward phrasing.
