do you have plenty of controllers as well? what's your favorite dpad?

I have around 630 physical games and different 23 consoles/handhelds with some variants sprinkled in. I'm guessing around 100 digital games.

I'm starting to sell them little by little online, as I need money and having a big video game collection is not fulfilling in the least despite wanting one since I was a kid.

I obviously can't rate yours since I can't see the spines for most of your games, but from here I see Earth Defense Force's ripped art, the awful gamestop Bayonetta and Chrono Trigger cases, lots of shovelware, and loose discs like Bully.
Decent quantity of games, but I'm not impressed.

Did you go out of your way buying games specifically for a collection, or is it just a library you built up over the years from games you wanted to play?
You obviously won't be emotionally attached to games you just bought so your shelf looks pretty.

a dozen on ps4, less on vita

I pretty much buy whatever I can find at thrift stores/flea markets for cheap (as long as it looks sorta interesting), as well as purchase games I specifically wanted to play.
I guess I'm burnt out on vidya. What's the point of having a big game collection if literally no one gives a fuck. It's absolutely pointless.

Nah I just buy games I think look interesting. I do prefer to have proper cases for games I care about though. I intend on getting a proper Bayo case at some point. I don't really care as long as the game works. Some of the game boy games I've had since I can remember.

I started collecting again recently. I sold all of my old games awhile back and have regretted it since, plus I'm not big into emulation. I find myself playing games more if I buy them one at a time rather than just downloading a while library of games.

Right now I'm trying to decide whether or not I really want to be the guy that buys games with their original boxes and manuals.
I really want harvest Moon 64, which is cheap on its own, but really fucking expensive when the box and manual are thrown in.

I feel. I got rid of all my ps2 and psx games when I was like 10. Big regret. I have most of the ones I care about back though. The only thing I really care about is a boxed copy of Metroid Fusion. A store in my city has a copy for 100. But I don't have a job right so poor fag city it is.

I sold most of mine because I knew I was done with them or I could pirate them. I keep my n64 because I still play it with friends and my switch because it's new. I have a wii and 3ds as well but no more physical games. I don't regret. They were such a clutter, plus I bought newer games with the money I got in return.
