It's far more infantile to play games for their story and a stoic aesthetic -- games like MGSV, Uncharted, Final Fantasy XV, Persona 5 or Grand Theft Auto end up telling incredibly simplistic and clunkily written stories with poor and shallow handling of themes. Desert level played pretty good.
City level got me concerned. Lot of little fetch quests, really rough reflections and scenery.

If they don't shove exploration down our throats the entire time it might be OK.
