Well, that rules out most of the successful patreon games. But if you should start with something, i would say go for the popular ones like vitamin quest and, Haru uru and yutaka rpgs. Those have proper english translations.
My top recommendation would be this rpg (but not battle centered) of a boy living in a apartment with milfs. Fully voiced and i think it has a proper english translation. Those were some good 9 hours. Can't remember the name, sorry.
