Would you rather have SSJ4 Goku or Goku Black? If you had to pick.

SSJ4 Goku has GT Goku's fighting style/normals, as well as Kamehameha X10 and Dragon Fist.
Goku Black has Zamasu's fighting style/normals, as well as Instant Transmission, Rose Kamehameha, and Divine Lasso/Scythe.

I'm sure They both have another technique or rush sequence they used in the show that didn't have a name.

I wouldn't mind an alt costume SSJ4 for SSB Goku. Though thinking back to GT, SSJ4 Goku's fighting style was extremely bland. He pretty much stopped using Instant Transmission, he didn't use kicks like Goku normally does, and his only real move was Kamehameha (even more than Goku in Super)

If he was in the game Arcsys would most likely give him the same normals that Kid Goku(GT) used. Some of which were unique and used his entire body for flips and shit. Obviously some moves might seem weird but a good portion could work.
They would play drastically different.

Fused Zamas is a million times cooler than Goku Black
