Same here. Clocked like 120 hours on a completionist run, did pretty much every quest available except for the gwent ones.

One thing that would have made this game even better would be if you could just play Gwent with Eredin and beat him that way.
Obviously it'd have to be unlocked in a secret way else it would break immersion.
