Every now and then some friends and I will play Wakfu for a few weeks but we always drop it then start over again. It's fun while it lasts though. Hopefully Dofus 3 is an actual thing and leaves concept hell within the next few years.

I played dofus a really fucklong time ago but never got far into it because iirc you basically had to pay to do anything.

Also played wakfu much more recently than dofus (like more than a year ago, maybe 2) and had a lot of fun until that real grind started. I really love the similarities between the games, their mechanics in general are really satisfying compared to other MMO's. Wonder what it is really

Played Dofus for 8 years actively and 11 years on-and-off since the community I loved kind of disappeared as the guilds and the game grew older. Such a shame but what can you do. The game seems dead
