I liked 2 first episodes, everything after that was trash.

The only good part is one of the characters you're given the choice to murder in episode 2 can survive all the way to the end of the series. Even though 90% killed him at the first chance and Telltale do their best to try and get rid of him every episode.

They took on four big projects at once, arrogant after the success of Season 1. Not only did this split their "good staff" apart to head the four games, their staff was overworked and working conditions were awful (look that up) so most of the team behind S1 is gone, now.

Diminishing returns. The first game worked because they really managed to sell us on the idea of "YOUR CHOICES MATTER." But much like how a magician should never do the same trick twice, they kept making the same game, and by that point we learned that if "[X] Will Remember This" was meaningless and your choices were irrelevant, then there's nothing else left.
