>Brazilians made Chroma Squad one of the best indies of all time
>Canadian developers had a budget of 40+ million to make a game and it has worse graphics than android waifu releases in japan
>Swedish developers fucked up Battlefront which had a budget a little over 80 million

What's so good about this game from some monkey's favela that I've never heard of
>>389912984
Turn-based sentai tactics game.
It's okay, I wouldn't call it 'best ever'. It has some problems.
Brazil will turn into the next Venezuela in less than a decade but hey at least we made some good games.
At least we're not Canada so not *everyone* hates us.
>be brazilian
>>389912984
because you only read to paid garbage like Polygon and IGN gaming publications or even worse, you watch PewPewPie and AGC reviews
>>389913095
what makes you think it will turn into the next venezuela? not that i'm disagreeing, i'm just curious
>>389913307
Communists
>>389913307
not him but the middle class loves to vote for left-wing garbage. The thing is the left-wing movement in venezuela was more destructive because Venezuela is a small country thus it's easier to destroy
Lula arrested never ever

let me ask you a question
automation has been killing jobs throughout the entire world at the moment. things are only going to get worse before they get better. brazil has two options going forward: one is to become a competitive economy, but that will mean more automation and more people unemployed, which will be a lot since they won't be able to adapt (poor education, unwillingness to learn and so on). the other possible scenario is brazil remaining inefficient, and turning into another venezuela, as you said
here's the thing though. with a lot of people unemployed, your country is going to descend into complete chaos, or people will elect politicians that will implement socialist-tier policies and cause the venezuelan scenario/keep your country from being competitive
my question is, do you see any way out of this? because i don't
>>389914168
automation is not killing brazilian economy. Tax and corruption is. The average brazilian pay 38% tax a year. The income tax are never below 28% besides you have all kinds of tax you can't imagine. To own an used car you need to pay literally 3 kind of taxes every single year unless your car is over 25 years old. It's disgusting

>because you only read to paid garbage like Polygon and IGN gaming publications or even worse, you watch PewPewPie and AGC reviews
>expecting people to know about some low budge indie trash from some monkeys basement
>>389914381
That are better than canadian and swedish multi-million games btw. You can give 400 millions to a canadian developer and they will give you something inferior to a budget Nep game

I see Brazil as one of the greatest examples of "How to not Country 101". It already is descending into complete chaos, hell it's been going down the shitter more and more every decade.
There are only two ways I see out of this. One involves the secession of some states, particularly the southern ones, maybe São Paulo too. Most of this unemployment, shitty life quality, and low IQ niggers come from up north, it's also where most of the lefty parties get their votes since they just promise gibs and get all the votes. Southern states wouldn't have to worry about this and I believe that it should, at least in theory, be easier to manage than a country the size of a fucking continent.
The other way is wiping the slate clean and burning this shithole down. Start it over, fucking nuke it, reset it, whatever. Try for the monarchy again or something, at least back in the day we had a respectable navy.

Deus Ex Human Revolution was good

The south always vote for communists anyway. Brazil is fucked up everywhere.
