No. From the very first inital trailers I had the idea in my head that it was some sort of Crystal Chronicles-esq game and was super fucking excited. But it ended up not being that at all so I completely lost interest

I did and regret it. The exploration and combat can be fun at times but I found a lot of stuff to be really annoying so after 10 hours I just stopped forcing myself to play it.

I really want another Chronicles game. I'd prefer something more inline with the original but at this point I'll take anything.

All it needed one 1 (one) drop of personality with it's dozens of characters but the seedlings end up feeling all the same. Nice setting though.

I did. The exploration and combat were surprisingly better than I expected, but fell flat after becoming repetitive and were sort of shallow, even taking into account it's a 3DS game. Town building was cute I guess but limiting and shallow. I really wish they had dropped the town building aspect and had made a bigger world, with bigger threats and more places to explore. Graphics and art style were gorgeous though, which makes me the more upset this team didn't design more settings than just desert and desert ruin accesories.

I pirated it and played for like 1 hour until I just gave up. Boring "build your own town" game. Not sure if it was supposed to get better at some point. Combat is fun though.
