If you actually think 2D Sonic is above 6/10 then I actually feel sorry for you because it must be difficult being that dumb. And no this isn't opinion,it's objective.

One day I'll make an 1 hour long video on YouTube where I release all the hard truths about this game because I don't even know where to start when people ask me about this game. I'd end up spending the night typing out endless paragraphs that would go to waste since all the 15 year olds here have no attention span. I've done it before.

Sonic kinda sucks and you're supposed to know everything to get the most out of it. Mania probably has the best designed levels of all of them - they can be frustrating but they generally flow well

Your friend is right. Why are you so dense?

It's not "about speed", not in the sense people assume it is. The speed of sonic was basically just that he could run without having to hold in a button other than that it's actually about platforming. I personally enjoy trying to beat the levels as fast as I can but I mean same goes for Mario.
