She changed her designation right before the battle begun but after 9S finished disabling the machine defences, you can't find her in the Bunker when 9S and 2B send their data back. It was clearly something she decided to do on a whim, probably because connection between Earth and ground units got fucked up so she started worrying about 9S.

I'm pretty sure the whole procedure took very little time, she just got uploaded into a B-type body, maybe already down on Earth.

That's some seriously fucked up stuff. He doesn't even say anything, but his silence tells everything.
He also tries to tell something to Pascal but understands that he got his memory wiped out so he stops.
And you can easily miss it just like you can miss Gathering Keepsakes or 2B's flight unit message. This game really requires time investment to fully appreciate it, but holy shit it hits like a brick sometimes.

Revisiting the Amusement Park in Route C also fucked me up royally, because I really enjoyed all those previous times I went over there, only to find it in the state it was.
