In the first game they talk about the mandalorian wars and how the council didn't want to join the republic in fighting them right away. They didn't think that was the right choice. Of course Revan disagreed and gathered followers to join the fight, and they did, and they ended up turning the tide and winning. Then what happened? Revan and Malak discovered the star forge and became sith, then started a new war against the jedi, which ravaged their numbers and allowed the sith to nearly take control of the galaxy and become a more terrifying force than the mandalorians ever were. In the end, the council was right; joining the war when they did ultimately resulted in many jedi being killed by their former peers. What would have happened had the jedi waited? No one knows.

I will try to give a overview of everything that happens after you get to Malachor then:

Your ship crashed and you go alone to the Sith academy to confront Kreia. Sion is pissed off because Kreia humiliated him and he is nor her favourite. Sion hopes that the beasts of Malachor kill you.
Meanwhile, if you recruited Mira, she will have a final confrontation with Hannar in the planet, and you can decide to kill or spare him.
Your companions decide to ambush Kreia and fight her direcly. Kreia defeats all of them, except Atton, who runs and is faced with Sion. Theres a fight, if Atton wins he escapes, if not, Sion torture and disfigures him.
The android ball that accompany bao-dur recieves the mission to destroy the gravity anomaly in the planet if you give him the order, but GO-T0 stops him because he thinks Malachor V helps to stabalize the galaxy as it is.
You slaughter your way in the sith academy and can choose to save or not your companions in a cell. You fight Sion and after him revive many times, you convince him to let go and die.
You confront Kreia that reveals her motives for you, that she hopes to either destroy the force by killing you or having you as her greates disciple (greater than Revan) by killing her.
You defeat her in battle. She tells you of the future of each party member, it depends on many things. But long story short, they continue as your disciples, but you leave them behind to fight a war in a distant place with Revan where "you can't bring who you love".
If atton won against Sion he acompanies you. Else, you see him die.
HK-47 kills GO-T0. If you are light-sided, the mini ball droid at your comand destroy malachor V. If you are dark side, your disciples take over the sith academy in malachor V.

I remember playing as a "caster" the first time. It was hell fighting other Jedi before I got Force Crush. Vrook in particular regenerated more health than I could took from him. I had to make him walk in a minefield to win.

And even after I adquire force crush it wasn't all that good. I could kill storm beast in 1-2 attacks, but I could do the same with a normal attack from my Sith Marauder in another playthrough.
The only fight I think it was easier using a lot of force offensive powers was Sion, but he is easy anyway.

This fucking game for some fucking reason doesn't open. I just goes into background processes on task manager and that's it. I have to kill the task in order to stop the "game" from running.

I didn't have a problem with it for an entire week and then poof. Doesn't work anymore. I even reset my entire PC back to default to solve other issues and this didn't get fixed among them. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Are you using GOG? I'd say from all info posted but windows 10 is your problem. They fix things automatically in the span of time and updates. They could have "fixed" something to do with your KOTOR2 installation.

KOTOR, on the other hand, has this incredibly annoying habit of minimizing every time a cutscene plays, and minimizing again when you maximize it and the cutscene resumes. That's the GOG version.
