bought this game for less than 10 bucks
I beat the first one years ago and played halfway through the second one
should I play CT, DA and Conv. before this one or am I good to go?
Play Conviction if you want to, it's a direct sequel. But otherwise it has very little to do with previous games.
You should play CT regardless, it's the best in the series.

Enjoy, it's a very underrated game. Play on Perfectionist if you can.

>tfw we'll never, ever get a sequel
Play conviction first, then 1 2 3, i dont know for the one in the prison.
Had good time on this one, its a very good game on its own.

Just look up the story summary for Conviction, no need to play it.

Next E3.
Splinter cell 1, Pandora tomorrow, Chaos theory, and Double Agent play drastically different than conviction and Blacklist. Stealth and strategy was a much more important factor rather than combat, shooting was an option but more likely will get shot instead of stabbing everyone with a gay little knife. Personally I think it better to play them instead but the new ones aren't bad, just not true Splinter cell. Double Agent starts the story that goes into conviction. But it's pretty basic and you'll know everything you need to know by first few missions of conviction regardless. Play all the games if you have the option, or play all the originals at least
