Shit was cut, like so much else from the game. If they ever do add it back in a patch -- which why would they waste time doing fun things when they could make more shitty super cars for GTAO and rake in the cash -- it'll be easily found out through data mining now that we have tools for most file formats.

Rockstart is a fucking shitter for making the easter eggs/secrets in GTA V so fucking obvious. They could have handled the UFO and Bigfoot much more complex and interesting.
Give only small hints and a very rare ocassion to see them, but no...they had to go full casual normie mode.
