There is not a single line of lore in both Skyrim or TES Legends that suggest that Thalmor are Daedra worshipers.
The closest thing is the fact that Naarafin was trying to use a Daedric ritual to summon a large host of them against Imperial armies, a thing that any wizard without convictions against conjuration would do.
Outside of Naarafin not a single piece of lore related to Thalmor suggests any ties to any Daedric Prince in any way.

In Elder Scrolls they are a different species.
All mortal races were immortal spirits at some point, they all got bound to mortal plane in different ways.
Aldmer were bound to Auri-El or Crystal-Like-Law.
Bosmer got bound to Y'ffre and Valenwood forest.
Dunmer were Aldmer that followed Veloth and gave themselves up to Tribunal of Daedra, and later got cursed.
Orsimer were warrior caste of Aldmer that were bound to Trinimac and when Trinimac became Malacath they also got corrupted.

You can not become a Daedric prince at all, they are Et'Ada.
You can become a God though, being an Et'Ada and being a God is not the same thing, any being powerful enough is a God.

The structure of mortal soul and a Daedric one is very different, structure of an Et'Ada and a mortal soul is even more different. Mortals do not have morphotype and Princes have spheres instead of Anuic remnant in their soul.
You seem to be mistaken, there is nothing wrong with creating your own plane of Oblivion and becoming a God, that's very possible and has been done multiple times. The things is that Mannimarco wants to become Prince of Rape and Domination and take on Sphere of Molag Bal, which sounds extremely stupid and impossible especially by "putting Molag Bals soul into Amulet of Kings and then sucking his energy out".
This also makes no sense because Mannimarco has no need to be a Prince of Rape and Domination, he wants to be God of Necromancy and create his own Plane, which he does in Daggerfall...the Revenant moon, and he becomes it.

It was a big lore uproar. They used wrong map for that planet, a fan made map that has been debunked many times.
That is not how big Yokuda is and Pyandonea is not located there, in fact it is not known where exactly it is. They were bombarded by /r/teslore autists until they removed the mistaken map.
