Isn't really a research, it simply raises the hypothesis that black people are more prone the violent behaviour and less intelligence based on crime statistics all around the world and studies that found that case for animals.
Even if the evidence seems conclusive, it doesn't go into the debate about IQ, it just says that blacks are statistically less intelligent which is true, but the article doesn't enter into the cause for that because it's not relevant.
They are unable to link that to the animal studies because the animal studies don't have any link to intelligence themselves, only to violence and sexual behaviour, so it's just a presented hypothesis with no further research conducted.
