You need to have a clear vision of what you want it to be. It's fine if you want to get a sample of the kind of things people want but you can't appeal to everyone universally because everyone has different tastes.

Graphic is important, but I'm sure everyone have their preferences. For me, tsukihime is the line. Earlier than that (yu-no, Rance) is nope.
