The biggest problem with Nintendo isn't the actual games. It's everything else around it. Online interface from the 90's (that they will charge for). Games costing $10-20 more on average and NEVER going on sale, underwhelming hardware for the price you pay, useless gimmicks forced in where it doesn't belong and so and so on.

This is why it's simply better for Sony/Nintendo to just focus on one platform instead of two. PS4 is so much better off with all Sony manpower doing PS4 games instead of half being split making handheld games. And Switch is much better off with all of Nintendo making games just for that. Vita had a good launch, was fucking amazing compared to the shit the 3DS had (seriously it took about a YEAR to get a single decent title, and that one title had to last you until 18 months in).

You know how fucking expensive the Switch is? Look at how much the PS4 costs and what a beefy beast it is (no I do NOT own a PS4).
The Switch costs me 330 Euros and BOTW costs me 60 Euros. Yes a Switch bundle with a game does NOT exist. Nintendo couldn't be any more Jewish.
Also Uncharted is a popular franchise and Uncharted for Vita has a highscore and is one of the most popular games on it. The sad thing is just: Uncharted was a LAUNCH TITLE. Many great games came out when the Vita was very fresh and that was it. No more of that not like other systems where you get killer titles later in it's life cycle. Same goes for Gravity Rush. People love it. It was a launch window title.
They had planned for a second Uncharted for the Vita but didn't want to wear out the IP.

For example, the scanlines stuff on psp was a very big issue back in the day, but I never really noticed it. on the other hand, I really appreciate the better color pallette of my 3000 when compared to my fat PSP, but people never talked about that as a determinant thing.
