Destiny 2 is similar to WoW but as an FPS, and with less content.

It has a new playerbase on the PC market though so you can make new friends to raid and pvp with

If you enjoyed the gameplay of Destiny if you played it in the beta I'd say stick with it since that game is going to be big once it comes out but WoW is only going to decrease until the next xpac

Yeah kinda pissed off I have to wait 2 additional months for PC release while the other platforms are already on it, I really wanted to play Destiny 1 back then but I couldn't justify buying a console for one single damn game.
I'll feel way behind when people will already have found out all the secrets, easter egg, figured some retarded meta and so on, but at least I can HOPE that they're thinkering on it some more.

Eventually people will get pissed that their colours aren't unlimited and won't cover every armour piece and depend solely on luck etc and eventually people would stop buying. Right? Plus how many copies have they not sold to people who don't want that shit, like me for example?

The reason they slapped the "2" on it instead of calling it an expansion was to show that the game was improved from the first one. They made changes to the engine and cut off support for the ps3 and xbox 360

Since Activision is the publisher they have to do the COD style $40 season pass for continued content and microtransaction box style system, Wow is a similar style of $60 expansions but instead of paying once every year you pay $15 per month and then $60 every two years for expansions.
