The hardest souls game is probably going to be your first, especially if you go in blind. Once you have a basic grasp of things to do (leveling HP/Stam/One offensive stat, spending souls frequently, focusing on upgrading one weapon, etc.) they all become beatable for the majority of players. Then once you start digging a little deeper like learning parry windows, learning specific builds, specific boss weaknesses and cheese they become pretty easy if you use everything available to you.
