I nneed help asap anons.

I have a series of really painful headaches that only last a few seconds. I only get them when close to my cat or lack of light while I'm on my computer

But I also get them when I think about certain things or something. I notice that whenever I think about religion and Christianity specifically, I get these headaches and they get more frequent when I focus on religion or specific like God and Jesus.

That's the only thing that I know that causes these headaches by thinking. I sometimes get them when I think about other stuff but I don't know what thought triggers them other than religion.

I had that once not long after a friend told me about how it happens to him daily, it seemed like it was more related to my heart to me though. I think that was the thing that plagued me a lot as a kid. I would have a horrible nightmare and wake up, completely paralyzed in my bed, unable to do anything, not even breathe. Felt like I was trapped inside my own body. It would cease eventually and I would go back to sleep afterwards, but it scared the shit out of me, there was one time where I really felt like I was going to die suffocating.

Nowadays, it happens very rarely, and doesn't scare me as much, since it only happens when I take quick naps and become more aware within my dreams, so when I get paralyzed, it feels more like just a nuisance.

Just read up on third eye openings, try not to take it all too seriously, work on lowering your stress levels, exercise, and meditate.

Here's how I started meditation about three years ago.
Find a comfortable position, preferably sitting up (though laying down is fine, try not to fall asleep), close your eyes, and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Keep your attention on this breath.
Do this as long as you can without stopping.
Try and do it for 10 minutes.
Set an alarm if you need to in case you start to fall asleep.
