Mario Kart 8 is a lazy rerelease that I only bought because i was sure there'd be more DLC. It's still a great game but i wouldn't count it here.

Splatoon 2 is probably worse than the original (No Miiverse, no second screen, the maps are too open and thus less strategic, specials are pointless now) and is the most expansion pack-y game Nintendo's ever done (even Majora's Mask). Still a great game on its own but I also wouldn't count it here either.

nah BotW was developed for both systems since 2014 when it was apparent the Wii U had failed

it was a dual release, the Switch version is better

I would not be surprised if odyssey was a 3d world level disappointment.
