What are some games with good graphics without mods?

My ass has better graphics than that.

So what's objectively better looking? Cryengine or Frostbite?

>objectively better looking
Engines don't "look" like anything. One may have more features than the next, but looking good will depend on the assets the artists make for a project

Obduction, by the same people behind Myst. Even more impressive given it was made by a literal handful of people on a budget just over $1mil

>walking simulator
>>389793193
Gone Homo is a walking sim, as walking is the furthest extent of meaningful interaction it affords the player.
Obduction is not, as there is actual gameplay in the form of non-trivial, environment-based puzzles, which are required to be solved in order to unlock more areas, progress the plot, and ultimately complete the game.
TL;DR Spouting memephrases without knowing what they refer to makes you look like an idiot.
>>389791038
Doesn't matter if an engine allows the most beautiful graphics if it runs like ass.
I can run frosbite games and keep a solid 120FPS. Cryengine games may look better, but they tank my framerate real time.

why do people use this shit fucking hl2 had perfect reflections in 2004

Although, to be fair, I should have picked a video that displayed puzzle solving.
>>389794140
I dunno anon there was no gameplay in that video outside of walking and pressing that button

They might not have a 100% determined look but you can tell the difference between Bethesda's engine and something like Unity by first glance.
>>389791038
Cryengine is a turd by now, it's way behind UE4 and frostbite

I didn't say that, but however you label the game is void if you never played it yourself.
>>389791038
Cryengine is basically defunct at this point. Star Citizen had to buy out the dev team in order to make it start working for them.

No wonder they wasted a lot of those 100M they got.

But I honestly think Cryengine is still one of the most remarkable.
