So? Who cares what other thinks? If you think it is a competitive FPS then why do you care about what others think? Let them say and defend what they want, replying to them at all and proving yourself right or wrong won't give you any satisfaction nor it will magically get more people interested in the game

i dont even care about its popularity. in my opinion its an average game at best. My friend got it very early and were hyping it up for weeks meanwhile the footage I watched I thought it just looked mediocre. After my friends kept saying I should get it I did thinking it might be better while I was actually playing.

In short my gut feeling was right its terribly mediocre.

The only reason I hate it more beyond that is literally thousands of people proclaiming its literally revolutionizing gaming. Get real. Anyone objectively analyzing the game knows thats not even close to being the case.

If you want good competitive games. Play TF2, Doom, Quake or Dota 2. This game is not about skills.

it's because there is a Caste system of Devs who play, streamers, marketers who all get preferential treatment, then everyone else who are by-default, at blame for any incident
