Well ever since 3 they've been doing these re-releases, and since p5 sold so well I'm sure they're going to try and cash out again. What they do remains to be seen. A lot of the cut content from the game besides Hifumi couldn't really be added since it would conflict with the story. Like originally you were going to live in the same building as Sae and Makoto, or the MC's persona was going to be Mephistopheles. So opinions aside I'm really not sure what they could do besides add her. Another palace would add a lot of new content as well.
